No! This is a common misconception - you can in fact teach an old dog new tricks. We would need to evaluate your dogs health versus the training required to ensure your dogs overall health and safety is top priority

We are happy to help with your reactive dog - its rooted in what we do! However, we do not work with dogs that have a bite or aggression history. In such cases, we are happy to refer you to a qualified behavior professional.

We'll provide a detailed list during your consultation, but generally, you'll need:

• A standard (non-retractable) leash

• A well-fitted harness or collar

• High-value treats your dog loves

• Anything recommended during your consultation

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or reschedule available.

• 12–24 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule with a fee.

• Less than 12 hours notice: No refund.

If payment hasn't been received at least 12 hours prior to the session, we'll consider the session canceled unless you've arranged to pay in cash at the appointment.

All sessions must be paid in full before the session begins. Payment options and instructions will be provided at booking. If you're paying in cash, please notify us in advance.

We require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations appropriate for their age and health status. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs your dog may have. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any sessions in which a dog is or appears to be ill for the overall safety of all our clients.
